I’ve been a few times, always a great meal and service ! The atmosphere is wonderful.

Service was great, food was average, a little pricey for the town and the menu served. We had meatloaf with what was supposed to be bearnaise sauce and I SWEAR it was a slice of velveeta brick cheese melted on top. :( NO joke. Very salty and was ALL over the mashed potatoes that it came with despite having also ordered gravy. (It was offered) Most bizarre plating I've ever experienced. And I've eaten at some pretty avante garde places down in the city...

If you're visiting Ogdensburg, this is a MUST TRY. The menu is really creative but still has plenty of classic dishes to suit any palate. It's also got a view of the river and the staff is very attentive. The Tsunami Roll is DELISH & it's one of the few places in the Burg to offer brunch! Highly recommend.

Took Mom to Bayside grill for her birthday after parents got off plane from Florida. Nice restaurant with a view of St Lawrence and they were impressed. Only negatives are the chicken parm didn't have any cheese on it. Large portion and tasted good. Had very few parm shavings. Dad's Sheppard's pie was baked with mozzarella and had too much cheese on it. Once he took the cheese off he said it was excellent. Asked server if mine and his got mixed up as chicken parm is the one that should have cheese baked on it. Dad said the clam chowder didn't have much clam in it. Mom and wife were happy with their scampi dishes. Service was top notch and owner checked in on us. Didn't want to ruin evening by complaining about deficiencies.Would return again next time going to airport but would be more aware of what to order.Heating up the leftover parm and putting cheese on it this time.

Owner George R has hired excellent staff and is always super friendly. He makes a point to stop at every table, asks if everything is ok, waits for feedback and thanks you for coming. The food and the service is excellent! Highly recommend!

We had lunch for our first visit. I had soup and an appetizer and my husband had Canadian Burger..Restaurant very clean and owner, George, was in the dining room and making sure everyone was being taken care off. Service by Laccie excellent. Would recommend .

Excellent service, good food, good prices, nice atmosphere

The food is excellent, wonderful service, and a decent selection of all your favorite brews on tap. The atmosphere is great and the views are top notch, couldn't ask for a better place to relax after a long day at the office.

They offer gluten free food also. Very accommodating. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Waitresses were so very professional and fun . I can’t wait to go back.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and we were happy with our service and our meal. It was quick and our dish had lots of flavor. Thank you.

We had a terrific experience at The Bayside on Sunday night. My husband ordered the burgie burger, which did not say in the description came with peppers on it (which he is allergic to), but when it came out it was loaded with peppers. We did not say anything to the waitress and instead just decided to swap meals. The waitress immediately noticed what we did and asked if everything was okay. We explained the issue and she said she would take care of everything. The manager came out within minutes and was very concerned and apologetic. They took the burger off of our bill and even offered to have us pick something else off the menu on the house. We declined the offer, but we very much appreciated the professional and considerate service. And on top of that, everything else we ordered off the menu was fantastic. We had the tsunami roll for our appetizer and I ordered the bourbon glazed pecan salmon with homemade mashed potatoes. We will definitely be back for another mea soon!!

We enjoyed the food. The service was excellent. There was a good crowd. Nice view of the St. Lawrence River. Adequate parking. Easy to find.

Fries were good. Flatiron steak sandwich was ok, nothing special. Will be back to try something different.

Warm bread brought to the table was absolutely delicious! Side salad was good. The Prime rib with Mash was mouth watering and our waitress was attentive and friendly! Will return!
